Phenomenal Woman in Education
Jerry Lee Anderson is an accomplished education leader. Dr. Anderson’s experience consists of teaching a wide variety of subjects from grades four to the post graduate level and successful leadership at the middle school, high school and district levels.
Dr. Anderson’s educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership (Administration, Supervision, Research, Policy), Loyola University of Chicago; Master of Arts in Curriculum & Instructions, University of Colorado Springs; Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Social Science, Vanderbilt University. She is licensed in Illinois & Colorado as a teacher, principal and supervisor.
Since 2017, Dr. Anderson has served as a principal at Homewood Flossmoor High School. She was previously principal at the Monarch High School in Louisville, CO; Director of Secondary Schools in Littleton, CO and principal at Mitchell High School in Colorado Springs, CO. Dr. Anderson is a leader and advocate for many educational projects including Restorative Justice training and program implementation and Diversity planning and training.
